Processing and Tracking 

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will then be processed within 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

All orders receive a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Delivery Estimates and Prices

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

We ship orders Monday to Friday with the following estimates from our carriers (not including processing time):

Canada
2-7 business days

USA
3-10 business days

International
6-10 business days

Shipping time estimates indicate the delivery window after dispatching your order and do not include our processing times. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as delays from our carriers. (This occurs especially during the holiday season due to the increased volume of shipping)

 

Import Fees – United States

Shipping prices displayed during check-out are final and account for all possible additional import charges such as customs duty, brokerage, and tariffs.

 

Import Fees – International

We do not raise sales taxes for any purchase outside of Canada and taxes are not included in our prices. The sales tax will be raised according to your local regulations during import and needs to be paid upon delivery! Please account for your local sales taxes when placing your order.

 

Shipping Errors

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days in Canada or 20 days in the US/international of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tabletopgoodies.com or via the contact form on our website. Include your name and order number, and we will do our best to make it right.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tabletopgoodies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to fix the issue, either through exchange or refund.
